Before the session, each side may provide a confidential summary, key documents, and settlement history.

Mediation session
Brittany works with the parties in joint and private sessions to help them reach a resolution they control.
Format
Mediation by Zoom for matters anywhere in Minnesota and Oklahoma. In-person sessions are available by arrangement.

Brittany (Novotny) Stewart has reached substantial settlements and obtained jury verdicts in civil rights, employment discrimination, personal injury, and consumer debt cases, including a verdict of more than $1 million in a landmark 2017 federal jury trial.
