Brittany (Novotny) Stewart has significant litigation and trial experience from her over 20 years of legal practice, since admission to the Oklahoma Bar Association (OBA) in 2005. She has reached substantial settlements and obtained jury verdicts in cases involving civil rights (police misconduct and free speech), employment discrimination (including a verdict over $1M in a historic jury trial in 2017), personal injury, and consumer debt matters. In 2012, Brittany was named one of Oklahoma magazine’s 40 Under 40. She has also presented on various civil rights and employment discrimination panels for the OBA and Minnesota State Bar Association, among others.
